BAS's most sustained client relationship: a continuous run of SCADA upgrades, multiple AC drive installations, PLC upgrades, centrifugal panel overhauls, and a 6-boiler SCADA integration.
Over a decade of repeat work: multiple furnace automation projects, a raw material blending PLC upgrade, and an AFS PLC/SCADA upgrade.
A 13-year relationship that began with a DC-to-AC upgrade of the Bulawayo pipe machine and grew into complete factory automation integration across the whole Bulawayo site.
SCADA software supply and upgrade; later an 8-workstation SCADA upgrade, then a multi-drive, multi-PLC panel and SCADA HMI installation.
Manufacturing information and management system automation, followed years later by a full plant SCADA upgrade.

Designed and delivered the conversion of the tissue machine drive system from DC to AC.
Designed and developed a full ArchestrA-based SCADA system and upgraded 14 legacy PLCs.
